Job Mission
Support the Operational Excellence Department by coordinating the administration of school trips, enrichment programmes, and extracurricular activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high standards throughout all stages of planning and execution.
The Trips and Extracurricular Activities Coordinator is a newly established role within the school’s administrative team. Reporting directly to the Operational Excellence Director, this position plays a key part in enhancing the student experience through well-organised and impactful activities.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the organisation and coordination of school trips and extracurricular activities by overseeing workflow, communication timelines, liaising with suppliers, requesting quotes, and maintaining accurate records of documents.
Contribute to the effective delivery of school trips and extracurricular programmes by helping to design and implement efficient processes, ensuring that all key tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Assist in monitoring operational processes related to school trips and extracurricular activities, including registration and attendance systems, safeguarding processes, and providing timely and accurate information to staff and parents.
Perform general administrative duties as reasonably requested by the Head of the Operational Excellence Department.
Work in collaboration with the Safeguarding Leader and Security Department to guarantee the safety of pupils after school hours.
