Talent Acquisition & Expat Experience Coordinator
- On-site
- São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
- Human Resources
Shape global recruitment and deliver a seamless expat experience in a values-driven international school setting.
Job description
This position plays a vital role within one of the four key strategic pillars of the school’s HR structure: Talent Acquisition & Expat Experience. Working closely with the other HR streams (Reward & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Professional Development), the Coordinator will lead recruitment processes and ensure that the entire staff journey – particularly onboarding and integration – reflects the school’s values, high standards, and international ethos.
While the role supports recruitment and onboarding across all staff categories, there is a particular emphasis on the recruitment and overall experience of expatriate professionals, including their arrival, settlement, and integration in Brazil.
