About the Position:
The Admissions Manager will support the Director of Marketing & Admissions in all aspects of the admissions process at St. Paul’s. This role focuses on strategic and operational tasks, including meeting international families, benchmarking and implementing admissions systems, and conducting outreach to new expat families to build the school's pipeline. The Admissions Manager will ensure that all admissions activities are conducted to the highest standards and will play a key role in maintaining the school's positive image.

St. Paul’s was founded in 1926 and was the first school in South America to receive accreditation from the UK government as a British School Oversees. Fully coeducational, with about 1,000 pupils, aged from 3 to 18, it is a school with history and tradition, but which embraces innovation, contemporary values and the latest in digital learning. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Admissions management:
Assist the Director in developing and implementing strategic admissions plans to achieve the school's goals.
Manage administrative systems to ensure admissions inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.
Oversee the registration and guidance of prospective families, ensuring regular communication is maintained.
Develop an understanding of key recruitment channels in Brazil, the UK, and overseas.
Provide regular updates, reports, and data analysis on admissions performance.
International and Expat Family Outreach:
Conduct outreach to new expat families to build the school's admissions pipeline.
Meet with international families to discuss the school's offerings and admissions process.
Follow the families’ journey when joining the school, liaising with key areas of the school, making sure the onboarding and transition run smoothly.
Develop and maintain relationships with international communities and organisations to promote the school as a destination for international families.
Systems Implementation:
Implement and manage admissions systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Ensure that all admissions procedures are conducted in accordance with school policies and standards.
Monitor and track the effectiveness of admissions systems and make improvements as needed.
Communication and Reporting:
Ensure clear communication of admissions policies and procedures to parents and staff.
Monitor student departures, conduct exit surveys and interviews, and report findings.
Maintain links with departing families to ensure ongoing positive relationships.
Safeguarding

The offer of the role would be made subject to receipt of satisfactory references, proof of relevant qualifications, identification checks and other safeguarding checks (including Internet and Social Media profiles and exposure), an overseas check if appropriate and a pre-placement medical assessment. Proof of entitlement to work in Brazil is also required where necessary.

Job requirements
Essential
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Fluent English
Experience in admissions, marketing, or a related area.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Desirable
Experience working with international families and communities.
Knowledge of Brazilian and UK education systems
